Reiki Master
Reiki is a Japanese technique used to help with stress reduction, relaxation and healing. This technique is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us. If your energy is low you are more likely to get sick or feel stressed. It is when our energy is high that we are capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy” that is a simple, natural, safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. It works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
Smudging
Smudging is an ancient ceremony in which I burn sacred plants, such as sage which allows the smoke to clear and bless your space. Performing the ceremony transforms negativity, clears the energy in your field and helps you start anew.
